Geneva airport is about 75 minutes by road. We run private 4WD minibus transfers from the hotel: send your flight details and we reply with a price and your pick-up time, or call +44 7490 556026. The hotel is at 18 Rue du Bourg, in the old part of Morzine next to the Mairie.
No private parking at the hotel. There is public paid parking nearby in the centre of Morzine.
No. The rooms are on the floors above the bar and restaurant, reached by stairs. The Small Double rooms are at the very top of the building.
Breakfast plus dinner. The continental breakfast buffet runs 7.30 to 9am. Dinner is a three-course set meal in our restaurant, served at 7pm. Drinks are not included. Gluten-free and vegan meals are available if you tell us in advance (a surcharge applies). Half-board dinners cannot be swapped for another meal if you check in after 7pm.
In winter, usually yes: four nights, half-board. The booking page shows the exact terms for your dates. In summer and between seasons (roughly April to December) there is no minimum, and you can choose bed and breakfast or half-board.
Yes. The hotel sits two floors above the bar and is sound-proofed. The 5-bed room suits a family in one room, and triples work well too. On half-board, children get a children's meal with advance notice; the à la carte menu has children's options. Outside the ski season the bar has pool, table football and pinball.
The rooms are two floors up and sound-proofed. The bar opens at 7.30am and runs late, so if you want the quietest room, tell us when you book and we will do our best.
The free ski shuttle stops right outside the door, with buses to Avoriaz, Ardent, Nyon and the Pléney. The Pléney and Super Morzine lifts are within walking distance.
Yes. Lift passes are not included in the room price, but you can order them through the hotel at least 48 hours ahead in winter, a week ahead in summer, and collect them at check-in, no queue at the lift. Winter Portes du Soleil or Morzine-Les Gets, summer bike and activity passes. Official 2026/27 prices are on that page; the hands-free card is €3. You can also buy directly at portesdusoleil.com.

Morzine is one of the biggest bike areas in the Alps. Bike storage is included during your stay, with e-bike charging, a bike wash and a work area. No minimum stay in summer.
